Top Alternative Use for December 2010:

Garbage Enzyme
I used only lemons from my tree. You can use only oranges that are past eating stage or any vegetable skin, fruit peels etc. Link will explain more.

  1. Add 1 part brown sugar, 3 parts fruit/vegetable peel (waste) and 10 parts water.
  2. Keep bucket or pail covered. Stir everyday for the 1st month (and let out the gas build up) then keep it another 2 months (3 months total).
  3. Strain into muslin and store in recycled bottles (soda bottles, etc).

Multiple uses: As cleaner for vegetables, floors, car, as shampoo, laundry, use for plants as fertilizer, etc.
